Dental Services Cupping General Practice Obstetric and Genaecology

1. Aura Aesthetic Polyclinic agrees to provide an exclusive discount of 20% on all medical services to eligible members of Testaahel and their families. 2. To avail the discount, members must present a valid Testaahel membership identification or any other approved proof of eligibility at the time of registration. 3. The discount applies to all medical services provided by Aura Aesthetic Polyclinic, except: - Medications and pharmacy items. - Promotional packages, special offers, or already discounted services. - Radiology Services performed by external providers. 4. The discount cannot be combined with any other promotion, corporate agreement, special package, or discount program. 5. The discount is applicable only to services rendered during the validity period of this agreement. 6. This agreement shall become effective upon signing by both parties and shall remain valid until 31 December 2027, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms of this agreement. 7. Aura Aesthetic Polyclinic reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any member before applying the discount. 8. The discount is non-transferable and may only be utilized by the eligible member and approved dependents, where applicable. 9. Either party may terminate this agreement by providing thirty (30) days prior written notice to the other party.
