1. This Agreement shall remain in effect and automatically renew unless either Party provides the other Party with written notice of its intention to terminate the Agreement, specifying the termination date. 2. During the agreement period, Anytime Fitness undertakes to provide the cardholders of “TESTAAHEL” in Qatar with the discount stated above. 3. The discount will be valid with a 12-months, 6 months, and the 3 months membership at all Anytime Fitness Qatar. 4. During this agreement period “TESTAAHEL” in Qatar undertakes to promote this offer internally amongst its employees. 5. To avail themselves of the discount offered, the cardholders of “TESTAAHEL” must present a valid Identification Card issued by “TESTAAHEL” in Qatar which shall match the design submitted with this agreement to Anytime Fitness. 6. The agreement will be activated on the same date as receipt of the signed copy from “TESTAAHEL” in Qatar 7. This offer can't be combined with any ongoing promotion or any other existing offers in the clubs. 8. Should cancellation occur, the other party must get written notice at least 30 days in advance. 9. Both parties agree to allow each other to use their respective logos for advertising purposes on newsletters, social media, mobile applications, websites, and all marketing platforms to announce that cardholders of “TESTAAHEL” are eligible for a special discount at Anytime Fitness.
