This special offer is designed to provide Testahel Program members and eligible beneficiaries with access to quality dental care at more affordable rates. Our clinic is committed to delivering professional and personalized dental services in a comfortable and welcoming environment. The 50% Discount is valid for two(2) years from the effective date of the agreement, subject to terms and conditions of the partnership

1. Discount Offer
Dr. Majd Al Habbab Dental Clinic agrees to provide Testahel Program members with a 50% discount on all dental treatments and services provided at the clinic.
2. Eligibility
The discount shall be available to eligible Testahel Program members upon presentation and verification of their valid membership.
3. Validity
This Addendum shall be effective from 1 September 2026 and shall remain valid for a period of two (2) years, until 31 August 2028, unless otherwise amended or terminated by mutual written agreement between the Parties.
4. Other Terms
All other terms and conditions of the existing collaboration agreement shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
