Rates All rates quoted in the agreement are in Qatari Riyal currency. All rates quoted are subject to adjustment without prior notice in line with any changes in government policy which may affect the official rate of exchange and or tax levels. Check In 15:00hrs Early Check In Early check in between 00:01hrs – 14:59hrs, are subject to 100% room rate charge. Check Out 12:00hrs Extensions of Stay Additonal reservation requests will be subject to availability only upon request. Should the group rates not be available, rooms will be confirmed at the prevailing rate of the day. Non-Commissionable These rates are confirmed on a net non-commissionable basis. Billing Instructions Master Account: Testahel will be responsible for the accommodation, meeting, food & beverage charges Deposit Schedule All payments must be settled within thirty (30) days from the date of the event. Cancellation Policy If the company cancels without cause, and shall pay Hotel liquidated damages in an amount calculated according to the table below: From 120 days to 91 days prior to arrival date of first room or event  25%ofTotal Prepayment will be charged as a cancellation fee From 90 days to 31 days prior to arrival date of first room or event  50% of Total Prepayment will be charged as a cancellation fee From 30 days to 8 days prior to the arrival date of the first room or event 75% of Total Prepayment will be charged as a cancellation fee From 7 days prior to the arrival date of the first room or event 100% of Total Prepayment will be charged as a cancellation fee(100% Guest Room Revenue Commitment +100 % Food and Beverage Revenue Commitment and Rental Fees ) Invoice As your company has established credit with Chedi Katara Hotel, the invoice covering charges as mentioned above shall be forwarded to Testahel full payment is required within 30 days upon receipt of the invoice.
