All room types, suites, and serviced apartments are subject to availability at the time of booking. Corporate rates are subject to availability during weekends, public holidays, school holidays, and citywide events. Corporate rates are available to direct employees of the Ministry of Defense / Qatar Armed Forces upon presentation of a valid employee identification card at check-in. Group rates apply for bookings of 10 rooms/apartments and above, subject to request and availability. Corporate rates are based on a minimum annual production of 250 room nights. Rates are non-commissionable. The hotel reserves the right to amend or withdraw rates during the agreement period by providing written notice to the client. Daily breakfast at Mosaic Restaurant is included in the agreed rates. Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 noon. Late check-out until 6:00 PM is subject to a 50% charge of the applicable corporate rate; after 6:00 PM, a full night's charge applies. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to arrival, no-shows, and early departures with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a one-night charge. All reservations must be guaranteed by cash, bank cheque, credit card, or an official purchase order covering the full stay. One child aged 12 years or below stays and enjoys breakfast free of charge when sharing with adults. Additional guests aged above 12 years are charged QAR 300 per person per night, including breakfast, subject to maximum room occupancy.
